I can't wait for my wife, Julie, to see this photo. She and I debated a photo that she took that showed utility lines against the sunset, although not the superb double row that you captured. I did not like her photo nearly as much as she did, and she posted it anyway. Your photo is great. Julie was limited in her ability to frame her photo, as she had me pull over on the side of a freeway for her to take the photo, so she was going to take it only from one spot and angle.
I think you did an excellent job in catching the beauty of progress! I, for one, have always found these huge power towers fascinating to look at. I remember being a kid on road trips and watching them go by, and pretending they were giant robots or whatever they looked like... some of them look like big siamese cats!
By the way, I didn't come home with any wooden shoes... or nickels for that matter!
Wow. Love how you composed this. I too have seen these as people marching. And I wanted to say thanks so much for stopping by at Life is Good and for your kind compliment. Tina

My daughter and I both said WOW the second we saw this photo!! :) Love the composition, and color of this photo!!! Happy Friday
That sky is awesome! Sometimes power lines get in the way of a picture and sometimes they are the picture! I like it.

beautiful tones and composition! bravo!!
The vivid colour is amazing enough, but the parallel lines of the two hydro lines just makes the photo!
