The brick reminds me of some of the fire stations here in town.
Like Kathy, I thought "a fire station"? Or is it a house????
It is missing a wooden sign perhaps to bring life to it?
I believe it's actually a garage for the Community Center at Estrella Mountain Ranch. I agree...a sign is called for.
