Wind in the Pines

If you could hear the sound of the wind through these pines, you would be in heaven.

To me it sounds like whispering. You are giving your non-Arizona followers a good taste of just how beautiful Arizona is and reminding the rest of us of the same thing.

In a hot and dry climate does the wind through the pines rustle or just a soft swoosh? Here a soft breeze would be very quiet. MB

Someone must have escaped the Valley of the Sun to get a shot like that! Looks more like it does around here and we sure have been having the wind.

You know what I love about that picture? The symmetry of it. You can follow the center of the picture in a circle. That's what I love about shooting upward through leaves and branches. When you look at it later, you see the way everything is symbiotic, making room for each other. Sure would be nice if people did that! xxoo Nancy! Bel far niente! :)
