This little bridge crosses the lake at the park in the town in Illinois where I grew up. When I was a child and living there it was just an uncovered rather plain looking bridge, but I remember loving to walk across it.
This is our first Sunday Bridge post. You can see more bridges from around the world by visiting Louis at
San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.

A very attractive little bridge. Some day you will have to tell me where in Illinois you grew up. I grew up in Quincy Illinois right on the Mississippi River.
«Louis» welcomes you to Sunday Bridges! A fine entry! Many of the readers are fond of covered bridges.
What a picturesque little scene. We sure don't see anything like this in Arizona, do we?
The sweetest bridge I have ever seen. Love it and a perfect reflection too. MB
That's got to be the world's cutest BRIDGE!

That is a cute bridge....love it! :) xxoo
Fascinating! I've never seen a bridge like that. We don't have any covered bridges out here (California)maybe because the weather is so mild. Great shot
This looks like a little doll house. I bet kids would love to walk across this!
hmmm, I think I am with Brian Miller on this one.
but it does make for good reflections.
This gets my vote for world's cutest bridge! :D
We don't have bridges like this around here. It's really cute!
A nice picture import!
So many wonderful elements to enjoy: the bridge, the red colour and the reflection. Very nice, indeed!

Cute bridge! I was wondering though until I read it was in Illinois - didn't look like Phoenix!
